Grant Kitto was born in Wellington in 1978 but spent most of his formative years in Nelson, Aotearoa. Grant took off to explore the world at the age of seventeen and has barely been back since. In that time he has worked all around the globe in places such as Jamaica, Patagonia, the Americas and all over Europe. His fascination with the world around him and different cultures will never cease. Photography has been a big passion of Grant's for the last decade and he is always keen to push boundaries to get different shots and perspectives.  Grant holds a 200 tonne commercially endorsed yacht-master offshore (skippers ticket) should he need to sail into a shoot; and his IRATA (abseil ticket) should he need to abseil in.
